As part of our local outreach and mission we
are involved in many activities and events.
Some of these are listed here.

Schools Work

Our church is building strong links with the
local schools. Our minister Cliff Jackson
often leads school assemblies and the church
regularly organises after-school activities such
as, Fusion (see below), Summer Holiday Club, Treats without Tricks (an alternative Halloween party). The church is also running a local youth club for 11‘s -16’s.

Fusion After-school Club

Every first Wednesday in the month from 3.15 - 4.30 pm a growing number of primary aged children enjoy a mini holiday club, with games, quizzes, songs, stories and craft.

Summer Holiday Club

Last year over sixty children enthusiastically shared the adventure that we called Pyramid Rock. During the week we re-discovered the wonderful story of Joseph (yes, he of the technicolour dreamcoat). The week ended with an exciting all-age service and a barbeque on the field behind the church. Watch out for details of this year’s club which will be call “Jungle Jamboree”.

Alpha

The Alpha Course has been, in the UK, the single most effective way of bringing people into church and into a relationship with Jesus. We have run two very successful courses recently, and the food has been great too! To learn more about the Alpha Course see our Alpha page.

Personal Evangelism

As a church we believe in the calling of each Christian to be a witness to the gospel and grace of God in Jesus Christ. We seek to encourage and equip each other in this task through training and prayer.

The church is also regularly open to promote the following good causes.
